Shipping and Cancellation Policy

Shipping

We deliver most of our orders within 5-7 business days from the date of order.
  • Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.
  • After they pass the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in a bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with an additional bubble wrap.
We take pride in the quality of our packaging. Till date, we have received minimal complaints about damaged products due to our packaging.

Cancellation and Returns

Any order which has not been shipped can be cancelled partially or fully. The amount paid by you (if it is a prepaid order) would be refunded to you and should reflect in your account in 7-10 days.
We take utmost care while packaging to ensure that the product reaches you the way you had seen it on our website. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. We would be more than happy to replace or cancel your order under such circumstances. We would request you to let us know of the damage the day you receive it.
In case you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered; we will have the incorrect items picked up from your house. We will also be shipping the right items to you at the earliest.
If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 5 days of receiving the order:

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (support@Kanpeki.com) within 5 business days of receiving the order.

Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.

Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. The returned product will go through a thorough inspection. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
# Any other reasons for cancellation or return would be handled on a case to case basis. Also look at Terms & Conditions for Complete Cancellation Policy.
# Used Product will not be entertained for return or refund due to hygiene policy.
